Samuel A. James, President, Association of Nigerian Engineers and Scientists in the Americas (ANESA), Inc. Samuel A. James is the president and chief executive officer of SACAL Global Solutions. He founded the company in 1997 to provide a full range of professional environmental assessments, remediation, technical, engineering, construction, water, wastewater, facility support and management services to private and public companies and government agencies at the federal, state and local levels, both in the United States and outside the continental United States. He provides strategic management and direction for his companies. Sam comes with over 30 years of experience from the energy, construction, engineering and environmental industries. Sam also owns and manages American Waste Solutions, a waste management company from his headquarters offices located in Macon, Georgia. He is a graduate of Mercer University School of Engineering with degrees in environmental and industrial engineering. He is a current and past member of several professional associations including, SAME, NSPE, ASTM, ASQ, NSBE, AWWA.


As founder and president of Association of Nigerian Engineers & Scientists in the Americas, Inc. his goal is to serve and help bring Nigerian engineers and allied scientists together to create a pool of resources that can engage in tackling some of the developmental challenges facing Nigerians both in the United States and in Nigeria. Nigerians are making great impacts around the world. We must help improve the quality of life of our people. There cannot be national development without engineers.
